Abstract

Education is the most important global process for social change and development. Effective and constructive planning is required for attaining the brilliant goals of education. Without proper and systematic scientific planning we can never achieve the best fruits of education. Educational planning is really a process of collective effort for designing and implementation. The relevance of this topic is very high in the emerging modern educational scenario. It is really an attempt to exploit the different possibilities of planning as a brilliant mechanism for quality education.
