Abstract

An implant is most often taken as an expensive treatment modalities, many a times a patient refuses to bear the cost of implant even they have been only charged for the costing of implant and its components in many institutes, so this method of using the implant fixture which comes free with the implant can reduce the costing of the components and increases the patient ratio to get implant treatment done by the patient.
