GROWTH OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AMONG WOMEN

Women’s entrepreneurship is crucial for creating new job opportunities and fostering social and economic development in their communities. Despite its importance, this area often remains under-researched or overlooked due to significant social and cultural differences between men and women. However, young women today are working tirelessly to challenge these perceptions, stepping forward with unwavering enthusiasm and courage. Their contributions not only transform the nation’s business landscape but also inspire others to pursue their aspirations and overcome obstacles. These women are not only generating employment for themselves and others but are also providing innovative solutions to organizational, managerial, and business challenges. They view the world from unique perspectives and implement distinctive approaches. In this context, the role of micro-enterprises in India is particularly noteworthy, as they act as a vital tool for sustainable livelihoods, job creation, and the empowerment of women.
This paper aims to offer a framework for fostering the growth and sustainability of young women entrepreneurs in India. The findings serve as a significant step toward integrating research on women’s entrepreneurship and their empowerment.
