MENTAL HEALTH OF THE STUDENTS DURING COVID-19 PERIOD

At present mental health is recognized as an important aspects of every one's total health status. A person is said to have a good mental health when he successfully maintain harmonious relationship between himself and his environment. Mental health includes our all emotional, psychological and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, act etc. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mentally healthy persons do well, think well, behave well, adequate, self-confident and also free from all type of internal conflicts, tension or inconsistencies.
Corona Virus disease (Covid-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS- COV-2 virus. Most people infected with the virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment. Some will become seriously ill and require medical attention. Older people and those who with under lying medical conditions like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer are more likely to develop serious illness. Anyone can get sick with covid-19 and become seriously ill or die at any age.
As well as death rate is increasing Govt. has announced Lockdown and social distance to prevent covid-19.
*Covid 19 leads to grow many behavioural issues like aggressive behaviour, frustration, stress, furrency, etc. It leads to occur many suicide cases, robbery, thief etc.
