The sample consisted of 100 teachers and 100 students from various rural schools in India. Convenience sampling was employed to collect data, and a self-administered online questionnaire was distributed to participants. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics, Cronbach’s alpha reliability test, and various statistical tools such as Correlation and regression Analysis in SPSS. The findings revealed that the level of critical thinking skills among students in rural areas of India was moderately influenced by the effectiveness of online platforms. The study highlights the importance of integrating online platforms to enhance critical thinking skills in rural educational settings.
