Keywords:
Student, Mental Health, Depression, Anxiety, StressAbstract
Mental health issues, particularly anxiety, depression, and stress, are increasingly prevalent among students. This paper examines the extent of these problems, their causes, and effective interventions. Utilizing recent data and research, we explore the roles of academic pressures, social dynamics, and the transition to adulthood. Effective strategies for mitigating these issues include institutional support, counselling, mindfulness programs, and peer support networks.
