This paper explores the implications of blockchain for various sectors, highlighting its potential benefits and challenges and the potential impacts of blockchain on various sectors of commerce and management, examining its benefits, challenges, and future implications through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature. Through a comprehensive literature review and analysis, the study aims to provide insights into how blockchain can reshape traditional business practices and management strategies. It has emerged as a revolutionary innovation with significant implications for commerce and management. Initially introduced as the underlying technology behind Bitcoin, blockchain offers decentralized and secure transaction capabilities.
