Oral history is important in recording and exploring the previously untouched areas of historical research. The region of Mayang is located in the state of Assam in India. The region has a very rich magical culture, whose tales have filled the legends and folk tales of the region. This culture is the cultural identity of the region. In recent years, due to environmental degradation and the unwillingness of the young generation to take up this profession, the magical culture of Mayang is in a state of decline. This culture forms the bedrock of the history of the region, and hence it is the need of the hour to preserve this rich tradition. This paper tries to analyse how oral history can play a very vital role in preserving this culture and carry its significance for the future generations.
2024-03-15T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 International Education and Research Journal (IERJ)http://ierj.in/journal/index.php/ierj/article/view/3310IMPLICATIONS OF SUMERIAN IN THE DIGITAL REVOLUTION INVOLVING CRYPTOGRAPHY, NLI AND MACHINE TRANSLATION2024-03-15T04:32:44+00:00Sparsh Garg[email protected]
Sumerian is an extinct language whose potential has been hidden from us. It is observed that people are least bothered about their feet than their face. Padadari is a disease which hinders the free walking of the individual. In Ayurvedic classics, it is explained under Kshudra roga. Cracked feet also known as heel fissures is a common foot problem characterized by yellowish color of the skin on the heel of the foot, hard skin growth, hardening and cracks in the feet associated with pain, bleeding or itching. Champaka tree is highly venerated by the Hindus, and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It is celebrated for the exquisite perfume. Flowers are used by ladies as adornments. The effect of champaka seeds in padadari is described in modern ayurveda texts. A randomized controlled clinical study has been conducted to compare the efficacy of Champaka beeja kalka and Champakabeeja taila in Padadari. In this study prevalence of the disease was seen more in farmers and house wife, mixed diet, vatapitta prakriti people. Working in muddy area and used to long walking daily with bare foot where the major causative factor for padadari noted in the study. Cracks associated with pain, discoloration and itching were found as common presenting complaints. Clinical study showed significant relief on both trail drugs in healing padadari. Statistical results showed highly significant in pain, bleeding and itching. But there was moderate improvement in reduction of length of the crack. Both the trial drugs were found effective clinically, but comparatively Champaka beeja taila is more effective than Champaka beeja kalka.
2024-03-15T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 International Education and Research Journal (IERJ)http://ierj.in/journal/index.php/ierj/article/view/3312IMPACT OF NPAS ON LONG-TERM SUSTAINABILITY OF BANKS IN ECONOMY: AN OVERVIEW2024-03-15T04:43:18+00:00G. Non-performing assets (NPAs) signify a high probability of many loan defaults, which have a negative impact on the profitability and net worth of the bank and devalue its assets. Banks seem to be performing well in terms of NPA statistics. As a way to eliminate NPAs, the government has attempted a wide range of options. Having zero rate NPAs is exceptionally incomprehensible. However, basically Indian banks can have a go at rivalling unfamiliar banks to keep up with global norm. This paper exhibits the What is NPAs? Different types of NPAs, factors contribute to NPAs, various authors review regarding this study, analysis of Gross, Net NPAs, percentage of Net NPAs to Advances ratios it indicates Asset Quality of banks, graphical analysis of historical bank Indices regarding future sustainability.
2024-03-15T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 International Education and Research Journal (IERJ)http://ierj.in/journal/index.php/ierj/article/view/3313STATUS OF E-LEARNING AT UNIVERSITY LEVEL IN BANGLADESH: OPPORTUNITIES AND LIMITATIONS2024-03-15T10:23:24+00:00Naima Halim Tushi[email protected]Tasdidaa Shamsi[email protected]Sehely Aman[email protected]
Background

E-Learning has triggered many changes in the higher education system due to technological developments, as it plays a part in the current teaching-learning proce ss. This essay investigates the varied impacts of music, emphasizing how it affects mental growth, emotional resonance, and general well-being. According to neuroscientific studies, enjoyable music causes the brain's reward system to produce dopamine, resulting in a feeling of euphoria and adding to the emotional and physical impacts of music. Additionally, it has been demonstrated that listening to music improves cognitive capacities such as memory, attention, and problem-solving capabilities. As shown in studies, exposure to music from an early age promotes superior language and math skills, and learning to play an instrument enhances coordination and motor skills. According to the arousal-and-mood theory, listening to music raises arousal levels and increases interest in learning tasks, which improves memory recall. Additionally, music has an impact on stress levels and emotional states in addition to cognitive function. Neurochemicals that produce feelings of pleasure, happiness, and relaxation are released when emotional brain areas, such as the limbic system, are activated. Therefore, music can act as an outlet for stress and reduce tension, with some genres, such as classical or instrumental music, having a more relaxing impact than others. Additionally, it has been acknowledged that music may be used to treat mental health issues, including anxiety and sadness. For both children and adults, music therapy programs that are adapted to each person's tastes and emotional requirements have shown encouraging benefits in lowering depression symptoms and fostering peacefulness. It has been discovered that early exposure to music has long-lasting advantages that affect mental health and overall quality of life. As a result, including music in early childhood education programs and using music therapy in medical settings can have deep and long-lasting effects on people's well-being. In this essay, the changing potential of music is emphasized, along with its contribution to brain growth, emotional control, and the advancement of mental health and well-being.
2024-03-15T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 International Education and Research Journal (IERJ)http://ierj.in/journal/index.php/ierj/article/view/3321COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT SYSTEMS FOR CANCER PATIENTS: BRIDGING GAPS IN TREATMENT AND AFTERCARE2024-03-19T07:40:19+00:00Qaiser Saad[email protected]
Cancer is an illness that has not only been widespread in its ramifications and reach but also diverse in its effects and presentation.
