The purpose of this paper is to analyze the impact of personality traits on cross-cultural adjustment.Data have been gathered from 530 managers working in Nationalized Banks operating in New Delhi (North India). Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis have been conducted to explore and validate the factor of different constructs. Hypotheses have been tested through structural equation modeling. The study reveals that personality traits significantly affectcross-cultural adjustment. Implications and limitations of the study have also been discussed.
